Kattekwaad is a smooth Amber Ale that is special because of the willow bark in the preparation - the tree that is characteristic of this environment - with a creamy white, thin foam head with aromas of caramel, fruit, spices and honey. Fairly sweet and malty in taste, spicy and woody and with a short bitter and yeasty aftertaste. A spicy and surprising beer!
