In this case, our newest ward-winning product pays homage to our naughty neighbours to the south, as our American Pale Ale has something for everyone! For hop lovers, the huge aroma of citrus and pine greet the nose and the hops continue on the palate as hoppy flavour persists, leaving a remarkably easy drinking crisp, dry finish. We pack all this hop aroma and flavour in a brew that is only 4.9% on purpose, which leaves a hugely sessionable beer that is perfectly refreshing on hot summer days!

Blonde Ale with rice, cinnamon, vanilla bean. Our take on the traditional agua fresca incorporates rice and lactose along with spices for that sweet, creamy character that we've come to love.
The name derives from Valencian orxata, probably from ordiata, made from ordi (barley). Various false etymologies exist – one legend links the origins of the name to James I of Aragon, who after being given the drink for the first time by a local in Alboraya, was said to have exclaimed in Valencian "Açò és OR, XATA!" ("That's gold, darling!") .

This collaboration was inspired by an iconic Trappist beer. Orange Crates began as a Belgian-style blonde ale, fermented with historic Belgian ale yeast, and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops. The dry-hopped Belgian Blonde was then conditioned on Brettanomyces claussenii for 2 months. The beer was then bottle conditioned with the Brett. C. for 9 months prior to release. This is a toast to arguably one of the most well respected, recognizable, and style bending beers ever created. A deep cut of some of the grooviest funk brewed with our friends at The Answer in RVA!

Hardywood Peach Tripel displays a voluminous head, a sunshine golden hue, notes of white pepper and honeysuckle, and is refermented on over 50 pounds per barrel of peaches, apricots and nectarines, lending a subtle but luscious stone fruit character, and a pleasantly dry finish.

This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. Ferocious hop aromas of citrus and mango give a refreshing taste that is bright with just enough bite!

Disclaimer: the beers from this brewery are brought in as fresh as economically possible by airfreight. The brewery stamps these beers with a 4 month best before window but hold up their quality very well for up to a year. Beers sold after this bbd will therefor be possible. The canningmonth was October 2018.

It's a rendition of an age old monastery beer, but we do it in the 8 Wired way. Brewed and dry hopped with NZ grown Styrian Golding Hops, fermented with a Belgian yeast and refermented with Brettanomyces.

Five types of malt and several hops....

Serpent is the first beer of its kind, and one of the coolest things either brewery has ever done. We went to Oliver’s Cider in Hereford seeking their lees, the natural wild yeasts that ferment their apples into great traditional ciders. We brewed a robust Belgian-inspired golden ale at Thornbridge, added the lees in barrels, aged the beer for more than a year, and bottle conditioned it. Now Serpent emerges dry, tart, firm, fine and funky, a full expression of our friendship, great British brewing, American boldness, and Herefordshire countryside.

Strong blond lager inspired by the beers traditionally brewed in Bavaria to celebrate the beginning of spring.

Sonoma County is an amazing place to live, work, and play, and we are proud to call it home for five generations. Our communities are pretty beat up right now, but we are strong, generous, caring, and eager to rebuild. Brewed Northern Sonoma County style with Super Galena, El Dorado, Citra, and Ekuanot hops for a juicy flavor and aroma, complimented by a soft malt character.

A massively hoppy west-coast style pale ale. An initial nose of dankness with subtle pine. SPA starts with an initial bite from the hops and finishes with a refreshing tangerine-like bitterness.

Blonde.

The Siren of the Seas is a fickle creature: benevolent or spiteful, she can bestow a safe passage & a bountiful catch, or provoke storms & shipwrecks. Sailors have long cast gifts of flowers, food or trinkets into the sea in exchange for good fortune. Talisman – our delicately dry-hopped & golden-hued ale with its tropical & citrusy aroma – may be just the thing to encourage the Siren’s blessing.

Lizard King is light, crisp and refreshing. Mosaic hops make for one tropical, citrusy, and piney pale that gets our mojo risin’.

This is an unshored ale. Wild and Remote; there's a beer where the sea used to be. I believe there will be many takers for this tide. It begins with a soft and spicy floral nose. The brett notes are measured and reverberate around the lemon-cream-pie hops like ripples around a buoy in a beam sea. Wood notes drift and float by and bring a bit of vanilla toward the end but mostly the wood does the important work of softening the heat of a multi-phase fermentation that is three fathoms deep. Putting a snifter of this beer up to your lips is like putting a conch shell up to your ear. Living right up against the Atlantic Ocean here in Delaware nothing says welcome home to me so much as the rhythmic crashing of an incoming surf on land and I get that familiar feeling while drinking The Tide and Its Takers. Like a powerful ocean you cannot take this beer for granted. It's complex, it has a lunar-pull that makes you reflexively go for the next sip, and it puts you in the right mood to appreciate life and nature's bounty. To paraphrase folk-punk Michelle Shocked, You know you're in the largest state of mind in the union when you're anchored down in Anchorage. Cheers!

Brewed with german pils malt, hopped with Smaragd, Styrian Bobek, Colombus and Amarillo. Dry hopped with Styrian Bobek, Saphir and Amarillo. Unfiltered. Enjoy!

This mahogany coloured beer has a caramel malt bouquet accompanied by the light aroma of hops. The caramel malt taste sails wonderfully into the mouth alongside a fruity taste brought about by a trio of hops.

Fresh | Aromatic | Rugged | Think West Coast in a glass. Fresh citrus-floral aroma, gentle copper colour, and a soft malty finish.

Tripel.

Belgian-style pale ale conditioned with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. Kettle and dry hop additions of Crystal hops provide a bright orange complement to the pineapple and earthy funk of the Brettanomyces. Underneath is a lean, bready malt body that finishes dry and crisp.
