A balanced and refreshing west coast style hoppy ale, brewed with Mosaic, Cascade, and Simcoe hops. Soft Top begins with Aromas of fresh lemon peel and light biscuit, and ends with a bite of wheat and hops on the finish.

We took Particle Physics, our Citra based American Pale Ale and added Strata to give this spin off an even more aggressive and fruity dimension.

Sparticle Physics pours hazy orange and has aromas and flavors of cannabis from the battle fields of Sparta, tropical citrus, nectarine, and pineapple. Featuring a pillowy mouthfeel and a hole-kicking finish, this delicate and juicy crusher is welcomed by all warriors alike.

A massively hoppy west-coast style pale ale. An initial nose of dankness with subtle pine. SPA starts with an initial bite from the hops and finishes with a refreshing tangerine-like bitterness.

We crafted this refreshing Citrus Blonde Ale with Clementine oranges to pair with our sunny California days. Since its debut, people can’t get enough of this smooth nectar. Grab a bottle or pint of Sunny Daze and venture off the beaten path. Cheers!

A Session ale with a generous dollop of oat flakes thrown in to neutralize a few bitter hops. A low proof complements a slightly sharp taste (with sour notes), all thanks to the help of pineapple puree. Fruit flows all the way through, taking your thoughts down somewhere through the tropics.

Lizard King is light, crisp and refreshing. Mosaic hops make for one tropical, citrusy, and piney pale that gets our mojo risin’.

This is an unshored ale. Wild and Remote; there's a beer where the sea used to be. I believe there will be many takers for this tide. It begins with a soft and spicy floral nose. The brett notes are measured and reverberate around the lemon-cream-pie hops like ripples around a buoy in a beam sea. Wood notes drift and float by and bring a bit of vanilla toward the end but mostly the wood does the important work of softening the heat of a multi-phase fermentation that is three fathoms deep. Putting a snifter of this beer up to your lips is like putting a conch shell up to your ear. Living right up against the Atlantic Ocean here in Delaware nothing says welcome home to me so much as the rhythmic crashing of an incoming surf on land and I get that familiar feeling while drinking The Tide and Its Takers. Like a powerful ocean you cannot take this beer for granted. It's complex, it has a lunar-pull that makes you reflexively go for the next sip, and it puts you in the right mood to appreciate life and nature's bounty. To paraphrase folk-punk Michelle Shocked, You know you're in the largest state of mind in the union when you're anchored down in Anchorage. Cheers!

HillDevils Thirsty Mosquito is a Low Alcohol Summer American Ale with Nelson Sauvin hop. Specially Brewed for hot summer days, drink it cold.

A well-balanced beer that is very accessible. For this beer we have again opted for a classic recipe with European hops and a special herb. The onset is soft-sweet due to the use of sweet curaçao peels and licorice root. In addition, this beer has an unusual herb, dried dandelion. This gives the beer a fresh spicy bitter that you can taste subtly. Together this forms a nice taste profile and makes this a treacherous drinkable Tripel.

The basis for this heavy blonde beer is the Belgian beer style, but with a twist of oak. It has the subtle spiciness of the added coriander and is full malty with a clear touch of oak.

Double hopped for a double dose of fruitiness. The Mosaic, El Dorado and Citra hops provide a tropical and juicy whole. The pineapple, mango and citrus aromas splash off.

This beer is the result of the marriage between two very distinct beer styles; the Belgian Tripel & American IPA.

Brewed with Columbus and Ella hops creating some nice dank, spicey and piney notes rather than the straight up citrus.

A light blond top-fermented beer with
6.5% alcohol. A very accessible and pleasant beer. The name refers to the plumage (silvery white with black feathers) of an ancient and pure Dutch Fowl breed, also called Chaamse Kip or Chaamse Pel.

A creamy milkshake pale ale with a straw-light colour and a silky sweetness, done up with hoppy tones of Mosaic and Citra. We’ve brought the taste out with spicy vanilla, and its softness is layed through with a helping of oat flakes. Light, refreshing, and like a cone of soft serve on a scorching summer afternoon.
