Flying Monkeys 12 Minutes to Destiny is a sessionable, ruby-tinged botanical lager steeped with heaps of hibiscus flowers, rose hips, fresh raspberries, and orange peel creating a refreshingly tart brew that finishes with zesty citrus notes and classic Cascade hops.

We are releasing our 4th Anniversary beer, a sour ale aged on ginger. This brew is refreshing with a lemon citrus aroma. The ginger is just enough to give this lightly sour ale an added dimension of flavor that keeps you coming back for more. When you get your hands on a bottle of the ginger goodness, you’ll likely ask yourself how we got all that flavor into that bottle. Well, it wasn’t easy. There was plenty of slicing and blending. Then the puréed ginger was added to our sour base and allowed to age until it reached the right balance.

Let's face it - we all like to put labels on things. It just makes us feel more comfortable. What assumptions have people made about you based on your race, religion, gender, the way you dress, or even the beer you drink? We did in fact label this beer for your convenience. It has a fresh tartness, a twist of salt and a balanced fruitiness of apricot - apparently a complete reflection of your personality. We hope you like what this label says about you?

The shared vision between The Lost Abbey and Wicked Weed Brewing, a blend of beers from both breweries, Ad Idem is an Oak-aged Golden Sour w/ local whole peaches. The resulting culmination produced some incredible depth, showing how the stonefruit in the barrels played along with the blend of wild yeasts.

Japanese for “love tea,” Aicha (eye-chah) is a merging of traditions from the Old World and the Orient. Aicha is a barrel-aged American Sour Ale fermented with Green Tea, Toasted Oolong Tea, and Jasmine from our neighbors at Dobra Tea (Asheville, NC). This lovely, local collaboration is more than the sum of its worldwide parts.

A barrel blended herbal sour ale, using blends from moonshine, whiskey, and spiced rum barrels. Wild scamp onions, smoked morilla chili's and szechuan peppercorns flavor this deliciously sour and herbal ale and contribute to a spicy and peppery nose.
