| New Belgium Brewing Company, an employee-owned brewery and maker of Fat Tire Amber Ale, Mural Agua Fresca Cerveza, Voodoo Ranger IPA, 1554 and other Belgian-inspired beers, began operations in a tiny Fort Collins basement in 1991.
