Hopwit

A classic white beer but completely different in taste than expected. We brew the beer via the Reinheitsgebot and it is unfiltered. This means that we do not add extra herbs, but get our taste from the malts, yeast and hops. We use a classic German hop type and a modern American hop type and apply a light dry hopping for a fresh aroma in the scent. The taste of the beer is therefore fruity with a slightly bitter aftertaste. The finish of the Hopwit is rich in taste and you will continue to taste for a long time, this is because we brewed our beer with oat flakes, among other things. As many white beers have little flavor in the aftertaste, Hopwit does!
