Our Barrels are stored in the Basement of the brewing barnhouse of the HillDevils located in the Wouwse Plantage, Holland. Every barrel has it's own unique characteristic flavors wich melt with the beer. We Aged the Big Black Boltini (Russian Imperial Stout) in the Peated Whiskey Barrel for a period of 2 Months. PEATED!
