Brewed with obnoxious amounts of chocolate malt and roasted barley, our oatmeal brown ale pours a dark mahogany hue and is layered with caramel malt and flaked oats to create a round, creamy mouthfeel. Aromas and flavors of dark chocolate and coffee give way to just enough balancing bitterness provided by Columbus and Styrian Bobek hops.
Pair with: Charcuterie, Hearty Beef Stew, Dulce de Leche, Grilled Vegetables
