A fresh sour wheat beer as Kettle Sour beer type. This special beer has a strong fresh-sour and refreshing taste with kefir and citrus-like notes. Firmly acidic, cloudy beer, low alcohol and packed with grapefruit, grapefruit and tropical fruit.
The production of this top-fermented beer is labor-intensive and takes place in several steps. Brewed once a year in early summer.
