Le Phallus

Some people think that all mushrooms are equal. Mushrooms, portobello mushrooms, shiitakes: for them it is one pot wet. Crazy. There is an impressive diversity in the fungal kingdom ... One finds out foamy, talking to a tuft of gnomes, the other in the most beautiful way there is. This is Le Phallus Porter.

We developed this beer together with our neighbors from Rotterzwam. They added their magical oyster mushrooms to this porter. And you can taste it: they give the brew a fascinating, earthy undertone. And that goes well with the touch of vanilla, oak and - yes sire - whiskey.
