A well-balanced beer that is very accessible. For this beer we have again opted for a classic recipe with European hops and a special herb. The onset is soft-sweet due to the use of sweet curaçao peels and licorice root. In addition, this beer has an unusual herb, dried dandelion. This gives the beer a fresh spicy bitter that you can taste subtly. Together this forms a nice taste profile and makes this a treacherous drinkable Tripel.
