Gifted Branch is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with bushels of peaches and a dash of apricots. We formed layers of bright stone fruit character by blending a unique mix of microorganisms with our fondness for peaches and apricots. This golden sour beer features an aroma of dewy peach skin with flavors of fresh juicy peaches and hints of tart apricots.
Supermassive is a dark sour beer aged in oak barrels with blackberries and black currants. Fermented with Brettanomyces and Abbey Ale yeast and soured with Lactobacillus bacteria, this captivating dark sour emanates notes of dark chocolate, raisin, and blackberry preserve. With a tannic finish, each sip will draw you closer to a place beyond escape.
There Are Rules is a golden sour beer aged in oak barrels with raspberries, apricots, and peaches. Blended by our friends Dave Keene and Chad Calvery, Garage Service is a toast to a legendary craft beer institution. Much like the eclectic character of the Haight, Dave and Chad chose barrels that showcased a spectrum of base malts, fermentation techniques, and fruits. Served with a side of grit, Garage Service is a blend of gold and red sour beers aged in oak barrels with plums and prickly pear that drives notes of candied plums, dried berries, and orange peel. This beer pairs well with cigars at 543 or any 30th Anniversary you might find yourself celebrating!
Seditious Ways is a blend of dark sour beers aged in oak barrels with tart cherries. This blend consists of two different batches of dark beer. About half of the barrels used in this blend were fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. We wanted to accentuate the smooth chocolate notes and dial back the acidity prior to adding the cherries, so we blended in a dark non-sour beer that was fermented with English Ale yeast. The addition of the tart cherries adds a bright stone fruit character that counters the rich base of this dark sour and creates one lucid thought.
Entanglement is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels with orange zest and vanilla bean. Fermented with a confection of microorganisms, this beer weaves notes of orange sorbet entangled with vanilla cream. Reminiscent of a childhood treat, this splendid sour will have you daydreaming with each sip.
Somewhere between beer and wine, the flavors found in this beer blur the lines. With a wine-like acidity and dry finish, Blurred Sb showcases sauvignon blanc grapes and expresses notes of passion fruit, kaffir lime, Granny Smith apple, and white peach.

Fermented with an array of microorganisms, Outlaw Bound explores both yeast and fruit expression. Colored like the setting sun on the western horizon and restrained in acidity, this sour features notes of fragrant lime, melon, and delicate pear.
This variant of Blurred Sb is a Barrel aged tart saison-style beer refermented with second grapes and dry-hopped with Strata. the aromatic hop character of bright lime, funky passion fruit, and resinous pine compliment the pear and grapefruit notes from the grapes.
Brewed in solidarity with the Bay Area Chapter of the Pink Boots Society, this year’s iteration of Solidarity Forever was hopped with the 2018 Pink Boots Society hop blend, then open fermented before it was aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
